Where visitors in the European Union access this site, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent at any time. 3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically processes technical connection data (server log data — see below) so the site can be delivered to your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As Netlify processes data in the United States, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Netlify acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.

4. Server log data

Each time the site is accessed, our hosting provider automatically records standard log information, which may include: the requesting IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring URL, and details of your browser and operating system. This data is used solely to deliver the site, ensure stability, and protect against misuse. It is not combined with other data or used to identify you, and is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Pre-registration form

If you submit the early-access form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name and email address — through Netlify Forms. We use this only to contact you about the opening of Citra Villas and related project updates you have asked for. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a possible booking (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@citravillas.com; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field; submissions are stored in our Netlify account and kept until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed.

6. Fonts

This site uses the “Inter” typeface served by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers to retrieve the font files, which discloses your IP address to Google. We use this to present the site consistently across devices (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can find more in Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising tools. The site stores a single preference — your chosen light/dark display mode — in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and contains no personal data. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Some of our providers (Netlify, Google) are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Pre-registration details are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the project’s launch communications.
